With 29 years of experience in fitness, nutrition, and hormone optimization, I have helped thousands of people transform their health from the inside out. My background includes owning and operating nine sports nutrition stores across Southern California, Northern California, and Idaho; training actors and stunt performers; coaching bodybuilders and fitness competitors; and helping everyday men and women achieve dramatic improvements in weight, energy, mood, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing.

I have helped clients lose over 100 pounds, improve insulin sensitivity to the point of discontinuing insulin under medical supervision, eliminate chronic fatigue, rebuild confidence, and supported numerous couples in improving male hormonal health to naturally increase fertility outcomes.

My passion for hormone health came from personal experience. I battled low testosterone, restored it naturally, and later transitioned to physician-supervised TRT. I also became deeply involved in women’s hormone health while advocating for my wife through endometriosis, cycle irregularities, and years of unresolved symptoms. After investing tens of thousands of dollars into specialists who provided no real answers, I learned firsthand which labs matter, how to interpret them correctly, and how easily patients are dismissed in the traditional medical system.
